Meet the Founder: Daniel Ramsier, CPA
Daniel Ramsier is an accomplished accounting and finance executive with over 25 years of experience spanning public and private companies, including leadership roles at multiple public companies. He is the founder of Ultim Ventures LLC, a boutique consulting firm focused on strategic accounting leadership, SEC reporting, and financial transformation.
Daniel is known for his ability to upskill finance functions, build bridges with other departments, streamline processes and reporting, and bring clarity during moments of change—such as IPOs, M&A transactions, or leadership transitions. His track record includes leading the drafting of SEC filings such as Forms S-1, 10-Q and 10-K, rebuilding financial close processes, and aligning finance operations with broader business objectives.
A licensed CPA in Texas and Ohio, Daniel also holds credentials as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA). With a strong foundation from Big 4 experience at KPMG and Ernst & Young, Daniel brings deep technical expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and strategic decision support.
