I couldn’t agree more.
We’ve reached a turning point where organizations need more than compliance and reporting from their finance teams—they need insight, foresight, and partnership.
In every transformation I’ve led—whether it was guiding a company through IPO readiness, rebuilding a disengaged finance function, or partnering on M&A—my accounting background has been the cornerstone. Not because of debits and credits, but because it gave me the discipline, judgment, and operational lens needed to lead from the center.
It’s time we change the narrative:

✅ Accounting is not reactive.
✅ Accounting is not just historical.
